We are a certified CEM Quarantine facility only minutes from HITS and 20 from WEC
Offering a safe, serene and peaceful facility for mares only to decompress after their long trip. We can help your horse adjust to Florida living by slowly integrating them to turnout, pasture, feed and hay so they are happy and healthy to start in your program when they are released from quarantine We provide Cavalor feed to ensure an easy transition from European feeds. This is excellent for thier recovery, digestion and ulcer healer and preventive. We provide high quality hay 24/7. We have small safe paddocks with grass that we slowly start them in to ensure an easy and safe transition. We can provide exercise, lunging and riding if needed. Transport can be provided to your facility after.
Mares require around two weeks of testing and Quarentine.
The vet expenses are around $1800 give or take. Your mare specific requirements and cultures can shorten or lengthen the duration of testing and and cleaning time. You will be invoiced directly from the veterinarian all cost involved.
Board, handling of your mare for testing, cleaning and care for two week duration is around $1,168.15
If the mare must stay longer for treatment and testing the charge is $82.00 per day plus your veterinarian expenses.
We will keep informed on the arrival, health and status of your mare throughout their time with us.
