Training PSG and Developing Grand Prix
Marquis is a stunning boy. With his three big expressive gaits he turns heads wherever we go.
As sweet, and kind as he is handsome, you just can’t help fall in love. This very kind, forgiving and easy-going guy. He forward but not hot or touchy. Happy to do his job without ever getting in a tizzy or upset. Perfect school master. Knows the work, uncomplicated. No buck, rear, bolt, great at new places, and very minimal spook, if he does, its in place and super easy to handle. No naughty at all. Super easy to trailer, stands perfect in the trailer by himself or tied to it to get ready to show. Very independent, great to hack and on trails. This guy is showing 4th level and preparing to show PSG when the world opens back. Developing great pirouttes and is starting to develop a very nice piaffe and starting passage. First schooling show at 4th level he scored a 72% . Many 8s and even 9s. Scored 9’s for his walk, rein-back, 8’s for collected trot. This guy has so much potential and possibilities. Very easy to train, and just starting to tap into his potential. Been in professional Dressage training with RKC Dressage for 8 months after being a hunter. Loves Dressage and has progressed extremely quickly. Perfect AA or JR/YR. Will quickly be ready to show for the PSG and get great scores! Great in a snaffle or Double.
Requires no maintenance. No lameness issues. Totally sound and healthy. Easy and calm in turnout, stays out at night and great with other horses.
PRICED EXTREMELY FAIR - Simply because he does not have papers, which I am working on getting him registered now . He does crib. Perfect with a collar and I have it set up where he cant crib. We have electric fencing and doesn't crib outside. Both things matter little when you have a stellar horse that does his job beautifully! Absolutely no naughty, buck, bolt, rear, and when he does spook which is rare. It's on the spot. A good loving home is a must!!! This guy came from a bad situation, and he was abused, and unloved by the previous owner/ trainer. This does not reflect anything wrong with this horse and everything wrong with the person who had him before. He is absolutely one of the nicest horses I have owned and trained. He deserves a wonderful loving home with someone that will spoil him and have a great horse to learn and show on. I adore this horse and the only reason I am not keeping him for myself is I have two other up and coming Grand Prix horses that I raised that I need to focus my time and money in. He will continue in training and showing and as long as I have him he will be working towards the Grand Prix.
You will not find a nicer boy!
