Ever since Ralea Casperson was a little girl and watching " International Velvet" time and time again, she has dreamed of being in the Olympics. 

Ralea continues that dream as she strives daily to prepare her and horses to be great enough to one day be selected to represent the Untied States Dressage team. Ralea runs her small business RKC Dressage LLC.  in Ocala Florida. Unfortunately horses are not cheap, neither is training or competing. Ralea and her partner Andy do the best they can to support this journey to continue to train and compete in hopes to see this dream come true.

Ralea currently works and trains under the incredible Grand Prix Dressage rider Shelly Francis. Ralea has always admired Shelly as rider, she has watched her many times from the stands riding her incredible freestyles.

      Ralea has been truly blessed with this opportunity and hopes under Shelly's tutelage she can truly pursue her goals she has worked so hard to try to achieve.

     Shelly is a true icon in the sport of Dressage. At 61 years young, she is not slowing down anytime soon.  She is currently selected for the Olympics in Tokyo with her horse Danilo. She was an alternate for the Rio Olympic games with her horse Doktor. In 2018  Shelly and Danilo won the Freestyle in Aachen and was the only American to receive a standing ovation for her freestyle. This is just to name a very few of the amazing feats this self- made woman has achieved.

Shelly has incredible eye at seeing the whole  pictures with horse and rider. She knows how to practically think like a horse and  bring out the very best. She always sees the potential and never really thinks there are limits no matter how the horse or breeding. She is patient and deliberate with how she trains, giving the horse all the time they need to understand.  As a trainer she is very fair and kind to the horses in her program. She is not only a brilliant rider but an incredible horsewoman all around. As a coach she is tough, thorough, and see's all so you don't get buy with anything. But with her great sense of humor and entertaining lessons she usually has  you laughing throughout while your trying to achieve perfection and actually round circles.
